Please consider joining the HHS Band for a fundraiser at the new Marco's Pizza located at 128th & Quebec today.  Marco's will give back a portion of the day's sales to the HHS Band.  You may dine-in, carryout, or have pizza delivered (if you live in their delivery area).  

Gobble  Gobble... Just like family I am late with the invitation. I would like you to come to our Thanksgiving celebration today. We will have turkey, mashed potatoes & all the other trimmings. Best of all there will be pumpkin pie. I hope you will spend a little time with us & get a delicious meal at the same time. If we don't see you have a wonderful Fall Break with your families. Most of all be careful in all you do. Best Wishes from your Nutrition Staff.

NHS is hosting a Winter Clothing drive for a Precious Child. Help sponsor a child in need this holiday season.  Donate winter coats, scarves, gloves, hats and any other cold weather items to the yellow barrels in front of the Main Office and in the Library.

Do you have talent?   Maybe you can sing, dance, play an instrument,,,,?  If so, Student Government is having a Talent show.   The sign-up sheet is in the Main Office.  Deadline to sign-up is December 14th and tryouts will be on January 10th & 11th.  

You must have 95% or better attendance to attend Prom beginning 2nd quarter.  Please check list in hallway across from the Dean's office.

Attention Seniors: The Daniels Fund Scholarship application is now open!
The deadline is November 30thThis scholarship pays for 100% of your college expenses; however, families must first show economic need before the application process can begin and all applicants must complete the 2017/18 FAFSA prior to applying.  For more information, go to the Daniels Fund website at www.DanielsFund.org.  Please inform Mrs. Neumann if you are applying for the Daniels Fund scholarship.

Sports, Drama, & Clubs

Nov. 29th DECA is hosting a Dollar Drive to support a family in need this holiday season.  You can help by bringing a dollar to your second hour class!  All donations will be used to sponsor a family through the Denver Rescue Mission’s Adopt-a-family program!  The class who collects the most money will receive doughnuts that Thursday!
