The Adams County 8th grade career fair has been rescheduled and Bollman Technical Education will be participating in it. The 8th grade career fair is now on Tuesday, December 1st. Because of this there will not be school at BTEC that day. If you take a BTEC class please stay at your high school during the hours you would normally attend BTEC. Thanks!
Horizon High School has once again implemented an attendance policy for students, grades 9-12 to be able to attend prom. Students wishing to attend prom are expected to maintain a minimum 95% attendance rate starting October 19, 2015 through April 21, 2016. We are only monitoring unexcused absences and unexcused partial absences.
Please make sure you call the Attendance line at 720-972-4597 to excuse your students.
The Sophomore SOAR class would like to put forth a challenge to each student and staff member here at Horizon, to take PRIDE in the Hawk Nation and clean up our school. As you are going about your day and see trash please pick it up and throw it away or recycle it if possible. Let’s clean it up Horizon!

Attention all Community Service Club members going to the Rabbit House Society this Saturday: you MUST pick up a release form from Ms. Peratt in room D0404 1st or 8th hour or in room 02513 during 3rd and 6th hour on FRIDAY. If you are under 18, it must be signed by your parents in order to attend the event.
