Athletic check-in will be November 2nd-November 10th. Paperwork is available on line or in the athletic office. Please see Ms Hill if you have any questions.

Drum roll please...and the winners of the Elitches tickets from the National School Lunch contest are...9th grade=Gesenia Archuleta-Castro, 10th grade=Jaxon Newman, 11th grade=Jesus Gonzalez, and last but not least in 12th grade=Aaron Short. Eating lunch...what an easy way to win fantastic prizes! I wonder what/who will be next?

Horizon FBLA will be hosting our annual blood drive on Friday, November 6 in the auditorium lobby. There is a schedule of appointments in E0505 to fill with 54 staff and student donors. If you have never given blood, please consider donating. Every pint donation has the potential to save up to 3 lives!
If you are under 18, parent permission is required. Parent permission forms can be picked up in E0505. See Mr. Wilke with any questions.

Congratulations to the HHS Marching Hawks for earning 3rd place out of 11 bands at the Friendship Cup Marching Competition!  The Marching Hawks also earned a spot in the State Marching Band Competition to be held this week.  The marching band hasn't been in the state competition for over 15 years.  Congratulations, Marching Hawks!
